Daylily is a grounded, limited animated series set in a struggling tramway on

the verge of dissolving in the heart of Savannah, Georgia. Once home to four trams,

the line has dwindled to just one: Daylily, a cheerful but overworked tram who believes

her worth lies in how useful she can be.

When Daffodil, a withdrawn secondhand tram from another line, arrives, the fragile

balance of the tramway is disrupted. Daffodil’s depression and mistrust force Daylily to

shoulder even more responsibility, pushing her toward burnout.

The tramway is run by Mr. and Mrs. Morgan, a loving married couple doing everything

they can to keep the line alive as cars replace trams and money runs out. Mrs. Morgan

manages with stubborn hope and visible strain, while Mr. Morgan, the mechanic, carries

difficult truths in silence.
